Euro Chic :: Cropped Turtleneck + Menswear Loafers

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a great week so far!
Anna from A Lily Love Affair // Jenny from Stuff I Love // Gabriela from Soul of a Fashionista // Yumi from Petite in Style

I'm currently in my last week of school for this semester...chugging through some finals before I can have my month-long winter break! I'm going to miss the luxury of so much down time after this school year ends and the real world begins. During exam time, you'll always find me with my glasses on because 1) they make me feel more studious, and 2) I like to go sans-makeup so I substitute my eyeliner for my eyeglasses. I don't wear contacts on a regular basis because my vision isn't nearly that bad, but I do have slight nearsightedness so I need my glasses for school, driving, and the like. Firmoo is an online glasses store, and they were kind enough to send these glasses to me for review. I've worn them out and about for a few days to test them out, and they're very lightweight so they don't hurt the back of my ears. They also don't slide down my face or dig into my nose bridge which are all the things I check for in a quality pair of glasses. So far, so good, and I'm loving the tortoise frame! I'm really loving the turtleneck trend that's coming back around, and I picked up this cropped number from Zara on impulse one day. I paired it with an extremely old pair of high-waisted jeans with a slight acid wash that my mom handed down to me from her archive of vintage clothing. Together, it felt very European menswear inspired, so I brought out these Gucci loafers to complete the look!

  3. Thank you Debbie!! And I have to admit, I definitely always turn towards tall boots and long cardigans as a winter go-to outfit. Easiest way to stay comfy and cozy!! Hope you have a merry Christmas! :) xx
