Stay kind.

I don't ask a lot of people and frankly I tend to keep my expectations very low, but for the few rules of thumb I have in life one of the big hitters is to stay kind, always. I'm big on second chances and giving others the benefit of the doubt, but when it comes to unkind people it really just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've met some really great people through this blog and I've established actual real-life friendships with some of these girls, but there are also the ones that just leave you wondering, "What is your deal?" It's the ones who think they have achieved Instagram "fame" {fame is used loosely here} that really have me rolling my eyes. Like girl, please get over yourself and get off your high horse. Whether you have 5,000 followers or 500,000 followers you should not change how you treat people or how you think others should treat you. You are not more privileged than other people, you are not better than other people, and you are not greater than other people. Use your reach to spread kindness and positivity, not a facade of who you want people to think you are. Remember your humble beginnings and always, always stay kind.
