Seeing Spots

Sweater (Forever 21) | Shirt (Forever 21) | Pants (Old Navy) | Bag (Coach) | Shoes (Bandolino) | Necklace (Forever 21) | Watch (MK) | Bracelet (J. Crew) | Rings (Target/Nordstrom)

I feel like I've worn so many outfits lately that consisted of polka dots, and here's another one for you guys. I'm extremely excited that polka dots are so in this season because they're cutesy yet still classy/preppy.

I think this outfit is a perfect "weekend" outfit - which is exactly when I wore it. The cropped polka dot pants are one of my new favorites. They're a bit nautical, yet still remind me of something you'd see out of J. Crew. I paired it with a sheer blouse with very small polka dots and layered a mustard yellow sweater over it. It's always fun to mix patterns (or in this case, the same pattern), and I'm a big fan of the yellow/blue combo. I kept the shoes neutral, and usually with a crop dress-(y) pant, it's nice to wear them with heels, unless you either have very long skinny legs or just skinny legs in general, then you can get away with flats. But for myself, I prefer a heel.

My accessories are all small gold accents, with the exception of my bracelet, which matches with my pants. This wasn't an outfit I wanted to over-accessorize with bracelets or rings because there was enough going on with the spots and more spots :)

Hope you like this outfit and I hope you all are enjoying the (finally) crisp weather!! At least in my part of the country :)

See you all in my next post! Love you all for being amazing followers - hit and exceeded the 8,000 mark!!!

XOXO,
E ♥
