Peachy keen; Fine and dandy. That's exactly what this outfit reminds me of. That, and Princess Peach from Mario Kart. Yes, throwing it back to the Nintendo 64 era of the 90s. The inner nerd/90s child in me appears.
If you follow me on Twitter, you'll know that I finally got around to a long overdue closet cleanse recently. Now that I've graduated from college and will soon be moving on to my full-time job and being all about that career life, I figured it was time to get rid of the old because much of my wardrobe will soon become untouched. I have this terrible habit of hanging on to old pieces of clothing either because of sentiment or because I'm convinced I'll maybe probably eh, maybe never wear it sometime in the next year. Sound familiar?
My over-cluttered closet, though very much a first world problem, is actually a serious problem because I tend to forget about new gems that get shoved away behind a bunch of other garments. This top has been one of the unfortunate victims of my addictions - peach blouse, I apologize. I promise I do love you dearly and I am trying my best to change my ways.
Speaking of de-cluttering, I'm thinking of starting an Instagram shop and/or Facebook page and/or Poshmark account to sell the pieces I'm finally ready to part with. If any of you have prior experience with selling your preowned pieces, which avenue do you suggest? I used to just give my clothes away or donate them, but this time around I have a lot of items that are still brand new or very lightly worn. I appreciate any tips!!
