Sweater Weather :: Layered Sweaters + Muted Tones

Hey everyone! This week I want to introduce you to a new collaboration I'll be doing with a few other bloggers called "On Wednesday We Wear...". Each week we will feature a new theme, and each of us bloggers will show off our take on the theme via our personal style! To kick off this collaboration, we chose Fall Sweaters - a very fitting theme for this cozy season. Since I'm from a state on the east coast where early December means pretty cold weather, I decided to share with you guys my trick for staying warm - double layering sweaters!

Oversized sweaters are a given to stay cozy and warm during the cold weather seasons, and for me another staple is cashmere! Since this gray cardigan sweater doesn't have full-length sleeves, it was the perfect piece to layer over my cashmere sweater. By doubling wool over cashmere, it makes for a nice and toasty pairing! I was also inspired by the monochromatic looks this season, so I kept the colors all in the same color family - sticking with muted tones in grays/blacks/whites.
