Love Bug :: Rendezvous in Blush and Fur

Today's collaboration theme was one of my picking for a couple reasons: 1) I love Mean Girls, so as a tribute I of course had to take advantage of the "On Wednesday's We Wear Pink" reference, and 2) As Valentine's Day approaches, it was the perfect time for all of us to share our own take of a festive, romantic, mushy gushy, pink outfit. Yes, like most girls, I am a sucker for Valentine's Day and secretly I'd like to be showered with cliché roses and chocolate dipped strawberries while being decked out in a pink outfit. Is that too much to ask for? Dear future husband, please start taking notes. This is the most indirect yet the most un-subtle hint you'll ever get. 

These Ann Taylor fur trim booties (that can be worn folded up or down!) remind me a lot of the lace up Manolo Blahnik booties that were recently just featured in their fall/winter 2014 collection at NYFW. They're also similar to this older pair.
