My favorite gift guides are probably ones that are under $50 and under $25. No, not because I'm a cheap asian, but because they're the most practical gift-giving guides. A lot of the time, we're stumped on what to get our friends, and as the typical broke college students we are, no one's trying to spend a fortune on a present unless it's for your BFFFFFFFFF. Was that enough forevers? You get my point.
Once again, I picked out a bunch of things that I personally love but would also be fitting for a variety of personalities and tastes. Some luxurious Butter London polishes (do not be deceived - they're $14 a bottle!) and a cute ring to go with it for all your hand-model friends whose nail beds are just to die for, or a Parisian jewelry holder for your girl friend who thinks she's gonna find her prince charming sitting on top of the Eiffel Tower munching away at some macarons. Pinkies up ladies!!
I'm starting to get creeped out by all the eyes staring at me as I write this (Lauren and Mr. Owl over there), but in all seriousness I recently picked up the Lauren Conrad Style book myself - what a mistake not to get it earlier! If you have a friend who loves fashion she'll love this book. It's like reading an autobiography and more. And if you have a friend who doesn't give a hoot, well maybe an owl mug is just perfect for her.
