How ya doing, old sport? Yes, my small attempt at referencing Jay Gatsby of The Great Gatsby {great movie} and my full attempt of tying in the sporty chic feel of this look. 

For me, comfortably cool is the name of the game during the summer months. Whether you define cool as in temperately cool, or cool as in cool story, bro, I think both are equally appropriate for what I'm going after. Here on the east coast, the summer months are sweltering. I work in the city {New York City - for those of you who aren't from the area, we just call it "the city"} and you don't want to be caught dead in the long lull between subways sweating bullets before you've even made it to the office. Luckily, I work in fashion so my sporty chic, cool story, bro outfit is more than acceptable.
