The summer is beautiful in New Jersey. Splashes of color accent the earth, an earth littered with lazy creatures burdened by the smoldering heat. The leaves rattle and the cattails shake under the blistering sun, sending a shiver through the earth’s spine. A shiver of pleasure, for the time had come and gone where the earth was torn by the beauty of autumn as the land was enveloped in flames of red, licking its edges as life retreated. A shiver of pleasure, for the time had come and gone where the earth was blanketed by the beauty of winter, as the sky wept bitterness to cleanse and remember, remember and return, to cycle again. A shiver of pleasure, for the time had come and gone where the earth was rejuvenated with the beauty of spring, as the land awoke and began to churn.
