"Because she had no place she could stay without getting tired of it and because there was nowhere to go but everywhere, keep rolling under the stars..."
Under the stars.
When the first snow of the season falls, it's like magic. It's like little pieces of heaven, little glimmers of the stars, raining down on the earth. It makes me want to throw my head back towards the heavens with my arms spread wide open and twirl around in the beauty of it all. Every year it never fails to make me feel like a child again because there's something about the first snow that never loses its innocence, its purity, and its novelty. It's a transporting experience because like the first of every season, it makes an old place feel new again - the first bloom of spring, the first colors of fall, the first rains of summer, and the first snow of winter. It creates a special kind of wonderland.
